Return and exchange policy

Scope of application
This return and exchange policy applies to all Crop Tops products purchased through BROWN AARR LLC (the “Company”).

  1. Return and exchange conditions

1.
If there is a quality problem with the product, the consumer can submit a return application within 14 days after receiving the product.
2.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, not worn or used, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3.
If the consumer needs to return the goods for personal reasons (such as the size is not suitable, the color is not satisfied, etc.), the consumer shall bear the relevant freight.

Customers can contact customer service by email (questions@abroicker.com) or telephone (2133133778) to make a return or exchange application.
2.
After the customer service confirms the return qualification, provide the return address and guidance.
3.
Consumers follow the instructions to send the returned goods to the specified address.
4.
The Company will complete the audit within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods and handle the return and exchange matters.

Iv. Special Instructions

1.
The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the return and exchange policy.

Small order return and exchange policy

Scope of application
This policy applies to Crop Tops products purchased from BROWN AARR LLC with orders for less than 15 items.

  1. Return and exchange conditions

For small orders of less than 15 items, consumers can submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, not worn or used, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3.
If there are quality problems, the company will bear the relevant freight for return and exchange.
4.
For the return or replacement of non-quality problems, such as the return or replacement caused by the consumer’s personal reasons (such as the size is not suitable, the color is not satisfied, etc.), the consumer shall bear the freight for the return or replacement.
